The Port and Terminal Guides have been written for the wider maritime community; masters of seagoing vessels, shipping lines and for any other party that needs nautical and terminal information. The guides may as well serve as input for existing nautical publications and charts. Parties are permitted to download and print extracts from the guides on the following basis;
- no information from the guides may be modified in any way
- copyright in the information collated into published port and terminal guides remains with the copyright owner; no rights are granted or transferred
- the copyrights owners are the individual ports and terminals that compose the guides
- access via the web site using a manual search on a port by port basis is permitted. Access by any other means such as automatic extraction or downloading software is forbidden
- users of this website are not permitted to use the content in any commercial database, web-site or data product, or to distribute any content for commercial gain, without the prior written agreement of the IHMA
